Grace Rogers
Grace Rogers was born and raised in Southern California and her various high-level positions have taken her around the world and broadened her skills immensely.
Grace fine-tuned her marketing skills as the Vice-President of Marketing for Three Dots, Inc. Prior to entering the contemporary industry, Grace was influential in creating the Roxy brand of Quiksilver.
In 2015, Grace switched gears, and combined her marketing background with the SUD Recovery industry. Her heart drew her to use these talents to help people. If you were to ask her what her greatest accomplishment has been in the workplace, she would answer, “RELATIONSHIPS: building and maintaining them.”
Grace received her BA in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Southern California. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and holds a position on their board to date. She was on the Board of Directors for Developing Opportunities, a non-profit organization at which she helped raise donations to build schools in war-torn countries. She created the “Pat Kelly Group”; a networking group of 200+ industry colleagues which meets once a month and spreads awareness. She runs an alumni aftercare group for Hoag Hospital and is an avid volunteer at New Directions for Women. She has held various positions in every organization she has been involved in. She has a love for photography, the arts, travel, animals, the outdoors, music, and design.
Keith Fosgett
Outreach Coordinator at AToN Center
Keith brings with him almost 10 years of experience between intake and business development in the addiction treatment field. His overall goal is to provide resources to those individuals suffering from substance abuse and help them find freedom from their addiction. Keith finds great purpose by assisting others into recovery to build their new lives. He keeps busy with his wife and two sons and enjoys working out and running half marathons and marathons. He also enjoys being a part of the Board of Directors with SOAP and SOARR and continuing to break down the stigma associated with addiction.

Anna Glynn

Anna Glynn is grateful to promote the recovery of all persons through her service as a board member with the Society of Addiction Professionals (SOAP). As a graduate of St. Johns University of New York, Ms. Glynn has been active in the recovery community for 15 years, and has provided bicoastal recovery services. Currently, she specializes in business development and program management of Sober Living Environments. In her free time, she can be seen enjoying the outdoors and watching beautiful San Diego sunsets with her family and her puppy.

Jay Wylie
Veteran Coordinator / Operations Manager at Confidential Recovery
Jay Wylie is a Southern California native who served as a Naval Officer for 22 years. However, a serious drinking problem derailed that career and returned him to civilian life. Facing the same dark crossroad that all substance abusers face, Jay chose recovery and is now 9 years sober, is very active in the 12-Step community and is completing his certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. He currently resides in San Diego with his wife and 2 children.

Originally from France, Stephane moved to the United States in 2006. After discovering Sobriety in 2018, Stephane decided to make “helping others” his priority and began working in treatment as an Outreach Coordinator for different treatment centers in Utah and California. While doing so, he discovered his passion for guiding families in crisis through the Admissions Process. He naturally switched roles and began working as an Admissions Coordinator. Stephane is very involved with his Recovery Community and loves his sobriety. During his free time, he enjoys surfing and spending time with his twins.

Mark Gladden

Mark is the cofounder of the Society of Addiction Professionals, and served on as Vice President for its first seven years. During his tenure at SOAP, he facilitated the creation of the organization’s infrastructure and presided over every internal meeting and decision that SOAP made, as well as being the primary facilitator during SOAP’s monthly meetings.
Mark, a Veteran of the US Military, is in long–term recovery and actively participates in the recovery community. He is the founder and CEO of Present Moments Recovery, a CARF-accredited residential treatment program in San Diego that offers the entire continuum of care from detox to outpatient treatment and sober living. His family of four lives in North County San Diego for the last 30+ years.
